My Marvel Studios X Men Fan Cast and Ideas 

Hey everyone, here's another X Men Fan Cast and Ideas. Recently, there has been a rumor that MCU has revealed their MCU X Men lineup, and the roaster is Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, Havok, Sunfire, Nightcrawler, and Thunderbird. This is a team I can get behind as well. I'm glad Wolverine is not part of the team because the character should get his own film or tv series.

Now I wanted them to do the original five, but seeing how Disney is very woke and enjoyed the team more diverse, I get that. Instead of what the Eternals movie did, where did they race swapped or gender-swapped its characters instead of using pre-existing characters or making originals. This team uses pre-existing diverse characters like Storm, Sunfire, and Thunderbird. That's what Marvel Studios should do if you want more varied surfaces. Just use pre-existing diverse characters, pre-existing female characters, or make original characters for once. 

Now, this is only a rumor of what the team roaster will be, and they might change it up or maybe announce what the team will be. I can get by now. Here is my casting for these characters and what I predict this film will be about because the MCU X Men will be much different from Fox's. Like this film will likely focus on the X Men and the school they run for mutants. These films need to say about the X Men, not just one character or two others.

Still depends if the rumor is true, but here's what I think the Team Rooster could be. 

Here is my Fan Cast for an MCU X Men. 


Robbie Amell as Scott Summers/Cyclops

Cyclops needs to be a leader and the face of the X Men. We didn't get that in the Fox films. We need this character the respect he deserves. Cyclops would be the flagship of the MCU X Men, and he's the leader of the X Men, and he's a great strategist. Scott is also Xavier's heir, and he shows that he deeply cares about his team even if he's tough on them, but he often leads by example and is a great mentor to young mutants. Cyclops is also trying to save his younger brother Alex from Mister Sinister, and we actually see more of Cyclops's origin in this film. Cyclops's leadership is similar to Captain America, someone Scott looked up to as a kid. This film would be mainly from Cyclops's POV.  

Jane Levy as Jean Grey

They better cut back on the Phoenix crap for Jean and make her just a strong telepath and a good character. Also, have her and Scott have an excellent romantic relationship. However, in this film, Jean will not participate in X Men's missions. Instead, she's training young students and being a teacher at the Xavier School. She's working side by side with Xavier. We would see Jean in action in the film but not till the film's end. Especially when she battles against the Goblin Queen. Jean would play a more significant role in the next movie. Also, there will be no phoenix crap. 

Kylie Bunbury as Orono/Storm

Storm is another character that needs to get done right as well. She's rumored for Black Panther 2, and the rumor says her character is from Wakanda. Storm would be second in command of the team. Storm and Cyclops work together very well even though they may not see eye to eye on certain things, but they have so much respect. Storm shows leadership qualities in the film and sees Xavier as a father figure in her life. She's also one of the most powerful X Men, and we see in her action she is a badass in fighting. If you caught my Black Panther 2 fan cast following the events of the second film, she's now part of the X Men. Storm powers get mistaken for Thor's powers. It's a running gag. Initially, I cast Sonequa Martin-Green, but I decided to recast the role of Storm. I did the same thing with Rogue and Sunfire too. 

Jamie Bell as Warren Worthington/Angel 

Archangel would be in the film and play a significant role because he was wasted like Cyclops. This character needs more love, and he would serve as the rich guy of the group, but he's trying to manage his life as an X Man and owning Worthington Industries.  Warren is just a mutant with wings that can fly. He is also a skilled fighter, and his wings can hurt people. Like if they go with All New X Men angel, where his wings get an update that could help the character out. 

Elizabeth Gilles as Anna Marie/Rogue 

Rogue would be in the film, and unlike Fox's X Men, this Rogue is more like her comic character counterpart. Rogue will not be a teenager. Instead, she's a grown woman, one of the most excellent X Men. As we know, Rogue can't be touched because she can drain any character's powers or kill them by touching them. Rogue eventually meets Gambit, and he falls in love with her, but she turns him down because he's working for Sinister. Rogue, however, does try to convince Gambit that Sinister is not what he seems. He doesn't believe her a first until he investigates it, and it turns out she's right about Sinister. Rogue is why she joins the X Men because she cares about him and is secretly in love with him but is afraid to be with him because her powers might kill him if they kiss. Rogue is a character despite her hating her powers. She's a very positive person, and she's a tough lady. At the end of the film, Rogue and Gambit go on a date, and the next movie has them in a relationship. Also, Rogue will fly in the film. 

Ryan Higa as Shiro Yoshida/Sunfire

Sunfire is a character that is a surprise to me, but I think Marvel wants this character because they want more diversity. Still, Sunfire is a great character, and he would make a good member of the team. I think Sunfire would be a character at first was a bad guy because he was severely influenced by his uncle, who was a crime lord. When he later killed his uncle for the things he made him do, Charles and the X Men helped redeem him. He now serves as a member of the X Men. 


Blair Redford as John Proudstar/Thunderbird

Thunderbird is a character who hasn't been used yet unless you count Gifted, but I see the character being the wrong-ass member of the team and the wise one of the group. Thunderbird would also give those Wolverine vibes like he is a loner and an outcast. However, John wants to prove himself a warrior like his ancestors and will always be there to help the X Men. Thunderbird is super strong and has excellent fighting skills as well. He's also a symbol to the Native American community, and he has a brother named James, known as Warpath. 

Ralph Fiennes as Charles Xavier/Professor X

Xavier will be the mentor/father figure to the team in the film. He will play the mentor role and help the X Men through their troubles. Xavier will walk in the movie. He won't be crippled this time; instead, he can walk, and it is mentioned he was crippled, but he has since regained the use of his legs. Xavier is a father figure to Scott, Jean, Storm, and the rest of the X Men. We see him lead through example, giving them advice, and he's also fighting for the rights of mutants but in a peaceful way. He names Scott his heir to take over the school if he should die. 

Ioan Gruffudd as Mister Sinister

Mister Sinister, I could definitely see being the villain in the film because Minister Sinister is someone long overdue for an adaption. I think his role is capturing mutants and humans, turning them into weapons. The X Men's goal is to stop him as well. He has his own team called Marauders, so we would have an X Men VS Marauders fight. Sinister's primary goal would likely be to create an all-powerful mutant one that will help take over the world. In fact, his experiments are so messed up and distributing to see because Mister Sinister is a mess-up man. We would see his connection with Scott and Alex. In truth, he wanted to adopt Cyclops because he saw more potential in him than Alex. But luckily, Scott was taken in by Xavier, who knew about Mr. Sinister and wanted to keep Scott safe from him because even though he knew Scott had potential, he wanted Scott to be a good man, not what Sinister wanted him to be. So instead, he took in Alex and taught Alex how to control his powers. Mister Sinister would be the film's main villain and would be the leader of the Marauders. He would be defeated by the X Men, with Cyclops delivering the final blow.  

Alex Pettyfer as Alex Summers/Havok

Havok, I'm hoping, will be more faithful to the comics because he should be Scott's younger brother instead of older. In the film, Scott believed his younger brother was dead after a plane crash, but he wasn't. He was actually alive. Growing up, Alex was very rebellious, and he was adopted by a lovely family who took him in after the death of their own son to fill in the void. However, when Alex started developing his powers, he lost control of them and killed the man who was responsible for the death of his adoptive parent's son. Alex ran away until he was taken by a man named Nathaniel Essex, aka Mr. Sinister, who taught Alex about his mutant gene, and he taught Alex how to use his powers but in the wrong way. Havok would serve as a villain but is saved by Scott and The X Men and is redeemed to become an X Men along with Gambit. He also does second of the Marauders, Mr. Sinister's group of mutants. 

Jane Levy as Madelyne Pryor/Red Queen/Goblin Queen

Red Queen, aka Madelyne Pryor, is a clone of Jean Grey created by Mister Sinister. If she's in the film, I think Jane Levy will play the role because why not. We've seen many movies where an actor can play two parts or three before, so why not. When the X Men first encounter them, they think it's Jean, but it's actually a clone of her, and Jean would eventually come to aid the X Men and battle against the Red Queen. She and Alex begin a relationship until he dumps her and she tries to kill him. It also turns out she was cheating on Alex with Mister Sinister this whole time. Red Queen is the opposite of Jean. She is cruel and heartless. 

Gaspard Ulliel as Remy LeBeau/Gambit 

Gambit would appear in the film and finally get done right on the big screen. Now this Gambit is working for Mr. Sinister and Marauders but in truth he's actually a good guy. In fact he falls in love with Rogue the moment he sees her and Rogue won't admit but she likes him too. Gambit works for Mr. Sinister because Mr. Sinister can help him with his powers and keep him safe from the Assassin's Guild, but before he joined Sinister. Remy was part of the Thieves Guild and was suppose to marry Bella Donna Bourdreaux the granddaughter of the head of Assassin Guild. Until he was banished from the guild after he killed Bella's brother in a duel. He now works for Mr. Sinister and is a member of the Marauders. In the middle of the film Gambit would join the X Men and turns against Sinister because he realizes Sinister was just using him as weapon and sees Sinister's true plans and whats to put a stop to it. In the end of the film he is now an X Men working to redeem himself and he asks Rogue out on a date and all she does is smiles and agrees.  

Maurice Compte as Dr. Karl Lykos/Sauron 

Sauron would serve as a member of the Marauder as the brains of the group. He is a mutant who can transform from human to a pterodactyl dinosaur. He's also super smart and even works with Sinister on creating mutants. He gets made fun of for his name because at one point someone points out he just stole the name Sauron from the Lord of the Rings series. It's also reveal that is he is from The Savage Land and by the end he along with Vertigo head back to the Savage Land. 

Ana De Armas as Vertigo 

Vertigo was originally from the Savage Land and is a mutant with no memory of her past. She is joins Mr. Sinister for she believes that he can restore her memories. She's also a deadly assassin and she also powers that can people being able to use their powers or use them incorrectly.  

Richard Cabral as Ripetide 

Riptide is a mutant that can create tornados and he is a member of of the Marauders even though he is not a team player. He is respects Sinisiter and joins the team. 

Hana Mae Lee as Philippa Sontag 

Philippa was once part of a peacemaker group until she joined Sinister's Marauders. Her powers creating shockwaves that can damage foes. 

Martin Sensmeier as John Greycrow 

John Greycrow is a mutant merc who is part of the Marauders and is skilled gunman. As well his mutant powers is he has a healing factor and robotic body parts decide by Sinister. 

Christian Slater as Bolivar Trask 

Bolivar would appear in the film not as a villain but he would speak out against mutants and he would be one of the villains in the next film. He would also be part of the Human Council that would serve as the main villains the next film and he's already building his sentinels. We would see him compeletly one sentinel and he's planning to use on the X Men when the time comes.  

Kelly MacDonald as Moria Mactaggert 

Moria would appear in the film and she was a former FBI agent and now works to fight for mutant rights. She was former girlfriend of Charles Xavier until they broke up but remain good friends.

Daniel Craig as Magneto (Cameo) 

Magneto would make a cameo in the end with meeting Charles and Magneto. Magneto warns him the humans will unleash something that will wipe out of all mutants. He's not wrong because we see the sentinels being build by Bolivar Trask. Magneto would play a more active role in the next film but in the third film he would be the main villain of the film and we would see him rip Wolverine's Adamantium out of his body.

Now that's my cast, now here are my ideas for an MCU X Men Film.

12. Mutants has been around since the beginning of the MCU 

Now there is an alternative scene in Iron Man were Nick Fury mentions mutants but they had to cut it because you know rights. However, since Disney owns Fox and the X Men are back with Marvel they can finally use the X Men. What they could do is they could reveal mutants and the X Men have always been around since the Avengers. However, they kept a low profile because they don't want to get involved with the Avengers. It could also be reveal that they did in secret took part in the last battle against Thanos. It would be mention that Charles has met with Nick Fury and Nick has talked to him about putting together a Avengers and X Men team squad. 
 

11. This X Men film should focus on X Men who were wasted or not at their best in Fox's films. 

Those six are Cyclops, Storm, Archangel, Havok, Gambit, and Rogue 

Now lets be honest these six are very popular X Men who got wasted by the Fox films like there was much potential with these six but they got wasted so hard. I think what the MCU should do is focus on these six characters or put these characters at their best. We need to see these six get the most character development and get treated with the respect they deserve.

10. What makes the mutants from the MCU different from Fox's Mutants 

We could see a scene like in this an MCU X Men movie.

Now it is likely mutants have been in the MCU this whole time but they've kept a low profile. I think the X Men will likely be a team that kept a low profile and didn't get involved with the some of the events that happen in the MCU during Phase one to three. Now likely not until phase five we will see the X Men in action. I think The Avengers and SHIELD will acknowledge the X Men consider them heroes but they will likely have very different view points and there are things they do the Avengers may not agree with.  However, society looks down at mutants and thinks they are a danger to humans. We would see many senators wanting to wipe out mutant kind and we would see Boliver Trask who views all mutants as a threat to the world since Thanos. Which would set up the Sentinels that is building along with the Human Conuncil that wants to wipe out all mutants from the world. The X Men go out and save a world that hates and fears them but it doesn't stop them from being heroes and protecting both mutants and humans.     

 

9. No more Phoenix crap!! 

This is another thing after two failed attempts of this story arc let's agree no more Phoenix story arcs in fact don't have this Jean ever become one with the phoenix. No more phoenix crap!

8. The Summer Brothers.

In the film they should focus on Scott Summers and Alex Summers story. Basically Scott was taken in by Xavier who became a father figure to him and taught him how to control his powers and use them responsibility. As well Xavier names Scott his heir incase he dies. Alex though had a rougher life and he was often a trouble maker until he was adopted by Mister Sinister who taught him how to use his powers but for all the wrong reasons. The film would also have Cyclops trying to save his brother and make him realize how evil Sinister is. Jean luckily is there to help Scott with his brother because in this version Jean is very supportive towards Scott. Alex would at first not know Cyclops is Scott and the two have many fights until Alex learns who his brother is. Alex along with Gambit would turn on Sinister and Alex would join the X Men along with Gambit. This film is mainly about Cyclops and Havok a story about brothers and family. 

7. Get Gambit and Rogue done right and include the long waited romance between the two. 

Gambit and Rogue both need to be in this film because they need to have a romance and get done right. Like the characters were not done well and although there were attempts to make a Gambit film from Fox but sadly that film kept loosing directors. I think this film should have Rogue be like she is in the comics and old animated series she's fun character and she's more accepting of her powers. Gambit needs to be what we fans love him for being funny, cool, and a real bad ass. I think making Gambit a member of Sinster's Marauders works because he was originally a member of his Marauders so it makes sense. Like the comics Gambit switches sides and joins the X Men. In the next film Gambit and Rogue start to develop a romantic relationship and its one of those they can't kiss because Rogue can kill him and Gambit is very understanding about that.  

6. Set Storm up to become a leader of an X Men team. 

Storm would play a big role in the film and in this we see her as second in command of the X Men. Also Storm would be from Wakanda depending if Marvel actually goes forward with Black Panther 2 wit Storm. Storm would serve as second in command of the X Men and someone the X Men look to her for leadership like they do with Scott. I can see them making Storm a leader of another X Men team like I could see them introducing an all new X Men teams like we could see X Force, X Factor, All New Mutants, and Generation X. Or they could three different X Men teams like Cyclops leads Blue, Storm leads Red, and Wolverine leads team Gold. 

5. Make Jean more of a teacher and by that she stays behind to watch the X Mansion with Charles.

Now in the film I think Jean should not be part of the X Men and by that I mean like let's have her be like Xavier she stays out of the action. She's focusing on being a teacher and a mother figure to young mutants at the school. I think we should have Jean play this role because the character has been over used but she will eventually join the X Men during the final battle against Sinister near the end of the film. She would play a more active role in the next film. As well she and Scott are in a relationship right now and its going great and she's always there for Scott like he is always there for her. As well we would see other X Men teach as well like Cyclops, Storm, Sunfire, and Charles. We also see some bad ass training in the Danger Room. 

4. Interduce X Men we have not seen yet on the big screen. 

What we need to see is more X Men in these films characters we never got to see on screen. Well Thunderbird was interduce in Gifted but we need to see more X Men that haven't been adapted on screen yet. I think including Sunfire and Thunderbird is an interesting idea too like it would make fans happy to see these two characters on screen and it would give more diversity to the X men as well. 

3. Give us a proper Archangel.

Like many other X Men, Angel was wasted in Fox's films like third X Men film only had a few scenes and that's it. He was ruined in X Men Apocaplyse like Angel needs to get a better on screen adaptation. We need to see this character as his best. We need to see him trying to prove himself in being an X Man as well him running a company while most of the board members don't like him because he's a mutant. But also make him really cool not just a mutant who can fly but make him a bad ass as well. He's a skilled fighter, he's smart, his wings can hurt people, like make him a really cool character.  

2. Mention the First Class Team. 

Now we don't know what team they will go with they will do the first X Men team or a whole new original team. They could also mention First Class team rooster. Like Cyclops, Jean, and Archangel remain on the X Men and are consider to be founding members of the team. I don't think we will see Beast and Ice Man in this film because those two were done very well in Fox's X Men films. But there is the idea that they will be mentioned but they left the X Men to do something else. It's likely we will see them in future films. 

Honourable Mentions 

Give Gambit a Disney Plus TV Series since that movie never happened I think the next best thing to do is to make a Gambit TV Series. 

Don't make the movie too political but have moments that deal with how Mutants are treated in society.

The way Stan Lee wrote the X Men.

Set up the Sentinels in the next film and have them be giant robots not that mystique crap.

As well set up the Human Council as the villains in the next film.

Next film will have Fan Favourites Colossus, Beast, Nightcrawler, Ice Man, and Psylocke.

1. Make Cyclops the flagship of the MCU X Men. 

As you know as a Cyclops fan the one thing I want in this MCU X Men films is give Cyclops his due. Make him the leader we know him for and make him the flagship of the MCU X Men team. We need to see this character at his best. In fact in the film Cyclops is the main character we see this all from his POV but we would still see other characters get POV as well like my idea is the first film is from Cyclops POV, the next film is from Storm's POV, the third film is from Wolverine's POV, and the Forth film would be from Kitty Pryde's POV. Those four X Men would be the X Men as choose the main POV in fact if the X Men play a role in Avengers 6 or 7 those four would play the biggest role. Still Cyclops needs to get done right and get the respect he deserves. 

That's how I would make the X Men films in the MCU or if they decided to do a tv series instead thats work too. This film is more about the Summers family that is about Scott trying to save his brother Alex with Jean's help also their relationship would be better adapted because it wasn't done right in the past.
