Disney Live Action Hades Movie Cast and Ideas.

Here is my cast and ideas for a live action Disney Hercules film, but there's a twist the film's POV will be from this guy,
Okay lets face it Hades is the best character in the whole film for what it's worth I really wanted him to win in the end of the animated film. Hades was voiced by the legendary actor James Woods and is one of the Disney best characters. I feel like he should be the star of the film. Now, this wouldn't be like Maleficent he would be more of an anti hero and a little like the Greek mythology counterpart. In fact, Hades was never evil at all he was actually nicest greek god, well except when he kidnapped Persephone. Still for a Disney Hercules live action film it should respect more of the greek mythology well, excluding a few things Disney would never do in greek mythology adaption.

Here's my cast for a live action Hades film.

Hugh Jackman as Hades
Now Hades would be like his animated counterpart except he's not an evil guy he's just has anger issues and he feels like he is look down upon by the other gods for being the god of the dead except for Persephone. In this version Hades is told by the fates that his father Cronus God of Time, will return with the Titans and all the gods will die including him. The fates tell Hades that Hercules must be raised by mortals and become a true hero and defeat Cronus. Also you know that potion that made Hercules mortal and it's also big plot hole in the film, like why didn't Hades use that on Zeus? Well in the version. Cronus who is the main villain of the film created the potions to kill his children but after he was defeated all of the potions were destroyed, except for one that is in the bottom of the underworld. The Fates tell Hades of the last potion and that's where Hades gets it. Now Hades would also be trying to help Hercules become a true hero and he wants him to better then his father Zeus. In a twist Hades brings all of these monsters to Greece for Hercules, to fight so he can be a hero. Hades and Hercules would get to know each other but Hades keeps his name a secret, so Hercules won't know who he is and Hades's fake name is Pluto. Hades and Hercules would have a father son relationship it would be like Starlord and Yondu's relationship.

Jack O'Connell as Hercules
Hercules would be little less like his animated counterpart there's more to him like he wants to just feel accepted by everyone. This is something that Hercules and Hades have common they just want to be treated with respect. Hercules wants to be hero because he wants to protect the innocent and show the world he's not freak. He's more interested in helping people rather than trying to get back his  godhood.

Hayley Orrantia As Meg

Meg will be like she is in the basically trying earn back her freedom since she give her soul to Hades in exchange to save her boyfriend's life but he dumps her right after he is saved. Like the animated film she is Hercules's love interest. The only difference is in this film Hades and Meg are very close friends and Hades looks at Meg as daughter figure.

Danny Devito as Phil
Come on, lets all face it's Danny Devito is Phil and like James Earl Jones is Mufasa he can't be replaced.

Kevin McKidd as Zeus
Zeus would be a little more his actual Greek counterpart basically Zeus is an aragonite, asshole, and a player. Well, he would actually would be a little more kid friendly, but he treats Hades like dirt and sometimes the other gods. He made Hades God of the dead because Hades was the favourite son of Cornus even though Cornus tried to kill them. Zeus still hold a small grudge against his brother Hades for being the favourite son. Zeus would eventually redeem himself by the end of the film by seeing his arrogant ways by Hercules and Hades.

 Rose Byrne as Hera

Hera the Goddess of Marriage and Queen of the Gods in the movie we get to know Hera more and she's kind of nasty piece of work. She looks down at Hades but she loves her husband and son very much.

Bill Harder and Bobby Moynihan as Pain and Panic
Hades's sidekicks we be like their animated counterparts, but we see how they met Hades though.

Tate Donovan and Susan Egeton as Amphitryon and Alcmene
The original actors who voiced Hercules and Meg as Hercules Adopting Parents pretty clever in my opinion.

Evan Rachel Wood as Persephone Goddess of Spring
Hades's love interest but unlike the greek mythology Hades doesn't kidnapped her. She's the only god that doesn't look down at Hades. Hades and Persephone develop a romantic relationship even the other gods don't approve of this relationship, especially Persephone's mother.

Matthew McConaughey as Poseidon God of the Seas.

Hades and Zeus's Brother Poseidon the God of Sea. Poseidon's role in this is a little bit bigger he loves both his brothers and tries to get them to stop fighting. He has some issues with Zeus but he has to respect his king and does care for Hades and looks out for him.

Boris Kodjoe as Apollo God of the Sun

Ray Stevenson as Ares God of War

Lucy Lu as Athena Goddess of Wisdom

Margot Robbie as Aphrodite Goddess of Love and Beauty

Elijah Wood as Hermes Messenger of the Gods

Ron Perlman as Cronus God of Time

Cronus would be the film's villain. He once king of the gods until he was overthrown by his three sons Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. It is for told that Cronus will return to take back his kingdom from his sons. The only one who can defeat him is Hercules because should he fight Cronus will fall. I know that it sounds something from the animated film but this is from Hades's POV.

That's my Cast and Ideas for a live action Hercules film, even though it would focus on Hades instead but hey Hades was the best thing about that movie.
