My Scarlet Spider TV Series Fan Cast and Ideas.

Scarlet Spider aka Kaine Parker was the first Spiderman clone of Peter Parker. Now some of you know the infamous story arc The Clone Saga we were interduce to Scarlet Spider aka Ben Reilly and later Kaine Parker. Now it was announce that Sony would be expanding their Spider Verse with tv shows now if some of you had or hadn't seen my Spiderman 2099 Fan Cast back in December 2018 heres an idea for Scarlet Spider tv series but this series focuses more on Kaine than Ben and I'll explain why.

Now Kaine was the first clone of Peter Parker who was badly scared in an experiment and as result he went down a dark path became anti hero and later is now a hero who is more down earth and darker kind of like a Wolverine version of Spiderman. Now Kaine was killed off in Grim Hunt but was later revealed as Tarantula after he was cured his scars were healed he then went to Houston, Texas and try to become a hero but it didn't work out, he join the New Warriors, he was part of spider verse event and was killed off, and he was brought back to life again.

Now the reason I want to go with Kaine as the main character is because I think he has a much better character arc then Ben does don't get me wrong Ben Reilly is a cool character but I just find Kaine a lot more interesting as Scarlet Spider. I still would have Ben in the series but I think he would be a supporting character or another option could be the show could be called Scarlet Spiders focusing mainly on Kaine and Ben. That could also work too, a Scarlet Spiders TV Series.

Now here is my fan cast for a Scarlet Spider TV Series and my ideas for it.


Charlie Rowe as Kaine Parker/Scarlet Spider (Main Protagonist)

Kaine was the first clone of Peter Parker aka Spiderman created by Miles Warren aka The Jackal his goal was to make Kaine a more advance Spiderman. However, due to a flaw with the experiment that left Kaine scared from Jackal's experiments. He was eventually healed of the scars in the events of Spider Island. Kaine's has the ability to use stingers that come out of his hands and has organic webs. In the show Kaine seeks to redeem himself and so he goes to Houston, Texas and decides to take up the mantle of Scarlet Spider. Now for this show it's mainly about Kaine trying to be a better a person like Peter Parker is but he's not like his brother because he's more like Wolverine. All of the Power, None of the Responsibility. Kaine didn't want to become a hero he just wanted to live a free life until coming to Houston and meeting Ann, Maria, Donald, and Wally made him decide to give being a hero a chance.

Nat Wolff as Ben Reilly/Scarlet Spider (Season Two to Season Five)

Ben Reilly was the first Scarlet Spider but after his death by Norman Osborn he was replaced by his clone brother Kaine. Ben and Kaine have a long bloody history each they both dislike one another but at the same time they do consider themselves brothers and they will always have each others back. Ben would be a supporting character. Ben would appear in Season two to season five.

 David Thewlis as Miles Warden/The Jackal (Season One to Season Five)

Now the Jackal would be the show's main villain through season one to season five. The Jackal is the creator of Ben and Kaine as well he was one of the suppose mastermind behind the Clone Saga till it was revealed that it was Norman Osborn. Jackal's role in the show is to kill Kaine and Ben as well create more clones of Spiderman as well clones of himself that will destroy the legacy of Spiderman. Jackal would be the main villain in season one, he would have a cameo in season two, and by the final season would be one of the main villains.

Maisie Williams as Annabella Adams (All Seasons)

Annabella Adams would be Kaine's love interest and a supporting character in the show. Annabella works as a bar tender at a hotel as well she's a singer at the hotel too.

Gillan Jacobs as Madame Web (All Seasons)

Madame Web would be in the show and like the animated series she would be giving advice to Kaine and helping with his problems.

Olvia Rodrigo as Maria Arcely Penalba/Hummingbird (All Seasons)

Maria is a young girl that Kaine saved from human traffickers he takes her in as his ward and she has the powers of telepathy and empathy, she has fire powers, and the ability flight. Maria is also believe the incarnation of Huizilopochtli god of war.

Dan Amboyer and Ben Savage as Dr. Donal Meland and Officer Wally Layton (All Seasons)

Donald and Wally are a gay couple who live in Houston, Texas. Donald is a doctor and Wally is a police officer. They both help Kaine and are good friends with him.

Jean Pablo Raba as Salmander (Season one)

 Salamander is a man gifted with the powers of Xiuhcoait the serpent of fire. Salamander uses powers to burn people and kill anyone who gets in his way.

Danila Kozlovsky as Alexei Kravinoff (Season one to season four)

Alexei is the son of Kraven the Hunter and like his father is also a hunter but has since now lived a nice comfortable rich life. He's right now a Hollywood producer as well he's a ladies man. Alexi would be in the show as natural character and later seasons he would become a villain. He would be in the show as he's producing a film being filmed in Houston, Texas as well he's owns the hotel Kaine lives in. Alexi would be the main villain in season four and revealed to be the mastermind behind the events of season three. He hired those to Assassins to kill Kaine and he worked with Jack O Lantern too.

Charlotte McKinney as Timber Hughes (All seasons)

Timber is Alexei's girlfriend who's an inspiring actress but she works at a strip club as a waitress until Alexei gets out of that job and helps find a role in Hollywood. She currently dating Alexei.

B.J. Novak as Alistair Smythe/Spider Slayer (Season one and two)

Alistair if you watch the Spiderman animated series was the guy who worked with Kingpin and he was in a wheel chair. The character would be in the show and his goal to kill all of Spiderman's clones and Spidey, he takes the code name Spider Slayer as he builds a metal suit to help him fight Scarlet Spider. He would also be working with the Jackal since he has personal grudge against Spiderman and all of his clones. Alistair would be secondary villain in the first season and the main villain in the second season.

Tom Payne as Damon Ryder/Raptor (Season 2)

Damon Ryder was a scientist who work with Kaine's brother Ben Reilly, both of them were studying Dinosaur DNA. Damon wanted to use serum to become a hero it did give him powers such as his jaw can turn big and he has sharp teeth. Ben try to get some help but unfortunately Kaine at this moment was enemies with Ben and they had a fight that killed Damon's wife and son. It drove Damon insane and now he hunts down Kaine and Ben as he blames both of them for his family's death. Raptor a secondary villain in season two.


Ashton Kutcher as Jason Philip Macendale, Jr/Jack O Lantern (Season Three)

Jason Philip Macendale aka the original Jack O Lantern and the second Hobgoblin. If you watch the Spiderman the animated series you already know this character as Hobgoblin but I'm going to make him Jack O Lantern instead. Jason was CIA agent until he was fired because his methods and tactics were too brutal and extreme. Angry at the CIA he builds a suit much like the Green Goblin and Hobgoblin suits but he calls himself Jack O Lantern because he was inspirited by the Headless Horseman. Jack O Lantern would be the main villain of Season Three.

Ty Burrell as Sgt Jacob Raven (All Seasons)

Jacob Raven in the show is the Captain of the Police officer in Houston, Texas. He was transfer from New York to Houston. He knows Kaine because in the comics Kaine his killed his partner Louise Kennedy who was the first lover of Kaine until she betrayed him and he killed her. He's basically Kaine's J Jonah Jameson he hates Scarlet Spider and thinks he's a danger to the city. He's also hunting down Kaine in private investigation because he is determine to bring Kaine in for his crimes. He also has a scar on his face that he got from Kaine.

Jason David Frank as Harvester (Season Three)

Harvester is a member of the Assassin Guild and is hired by unknown to kill Kaine. 

 Khary Payton as Smitty (Season Three)

Smitty is a member of the Assassin Guild and is hired by unknown to kill Kaine. 

Kimiko Glenn as Flower (Season Three)

Flower is a member of the Assassin Guild and is hired by unknown to kill Kaine. In this version she's older instead of being a kid.

Lee Brung Hun as Morlun (Season Five)

Morlun would be in the show because I have one season adapt The Other storyline and Kaine would get the powers of The Other. Morlun would be the season five main villain he joins forces with Jackal to kill Kaine because Kaine is linked to great web.

Kevin Michael Richardson as The Other (Season Four)

The Other is a giant spider link to the Web of Life and Destiny. The Other storyline would be adapted in the series because I don't know if any Spiderman film or tv series will adapt it but hey at one point I heard Morlun was rumoured to be the villain in the cancelled Spiderman 4 film. That rumour means Sony may have been planning to adapt The Other storyline.


Now thats my cast for a Scarlet Spider TV Series now here are my ideas for the show.

7. Make this a show a more edgier and mature Spiderman TV series.

Kaine is a clone of Peter Parker but he is the exact opposite of Peter he's more violent, more dangerous to his enemies, and he's willing to take a life.  We got to see a more down earth, edgier version of Spiderman. For mature audiences we need to see a more edgier Spiderman and Kaine I think is the best character to go with.

6. Try to fix some of the clone saga's problems.

 Now the Clone Saga is considered to be one of the worst Spiderman stories because there were so many confusing moment and plot twists that made fans rage quit. The only reason Clone Saga happen was because DC was winning in the 90s with Batman Knightfall, The Death and Return of Superman, and Green Lantern Emerald Dawn. Now what they could do if Sony and Marvel ever adapted Scarlet Spider they should avoid or fix the some of the problems in the Clone Saga. The parts of the clone saga that made fans rage quit it's best to avoid and make up your own thing that will actually make more sense. What would actually work better if they just put this series in a different universe and it would make the story much more easier to understand or since theres a new deal Sony and Marvel will have to work something out.

5. The series could either be part of Tom Holland's Spiderman or it could be in its own universe.

Now since Sony and Disney have made a new deal we don't know when or if they will interduce Ben Reily and Kaine in a future Tom Holland Spiderman film. However, they could do the alternate universe like Spider Verse put it in its own universe which actually could work better for this type of series. For what it's worth they could do a crossover with Spider Verse like I would love to see Scarlet Spider in Spider Verse 2. In future Spiderman films I don't know if they will ever interduce Kaine and Ben but if they do they do change up the Clone Saga make it good. 

4. Show us Man Spider.

Man Spider is basically Spiderman turn into a man eating spider monster. I think we need to see Spiderman or Scarlet Spider can transformed into an actual spider that is on a killing rampage. I think we need to see man spider happen in a future Spiderman film or tv series. 

3. Adapt the Other Evolve or Die 

The Other storyline is one of the best Spiderman storylines its unknown if it will ever get adapted on screen but it would be very interesting. We should see Kaine get the powers of the Other because he needs to be much different from Peter Parker. He's smart but genius smart he's again like Wolverine.

2. Where is Peter Parker and MJ? 

Now that's a big question where's Peter Parker well I can tell in the show he would be mention and it's stated he still lives in New York still, he's still Spiderman, he's an Avenger, and he is with MJ. I would have Tom Holland play Spiderman in the show but I don't know how long he will play Spiderman for. Also great news Disney and Sony have made a new deal Spidey is back in the MCU so that means we could see Scarlet Spider team up with Spiderman, Wolverine, and other Marvel characters. It would be pretty bad ass to see that. 

1. Set up a Spider Verse Film. 

There are rumours that Sony is going to make a Live Action Spider Verse movie and that sounds amazing! I would have tv series hint at that because I did add Morlun to show but again this is fan made but hey anything can happen. I think I would have the show last for five seasons end it with it setting up Spider Verse. We all love the animated film Spider Verse and I'm so excited for the sequel and I hope Kaine is in it but if Sony does a live action I really hope Kaine is part of it.
