How To Train Your Dragon Review
So I saw How to Train Your Dragon remake and I got to be honest with you guys. This was a good remake. Now usually I hate on remakes like we get from Disney but this movie did a great job retelling the story of How to Train Your Dragon. The special effects of the film are great and the set designs are great too.
The movie's cast all did a great job, like Mason Thames, who was great, and I want him to play Tim Drake, aka Red Robin. Nico Parker was great too, as was Gerald Buttler (Reprising his role from the animated film), and the rest of the cast were fantastic. The film did make some changes, but it remained faithful to the original. This is how to do a proper remake: they are not changing too much from the original story, and there is no pandering. This was a well made film that has the same message as the old film.
This was a fun film to watch, and DreamWorks did a good job, but I hope they won't end up like Disney if they keep remaking their own works.
I give this movie a 8 out of 10.
