A Complete Unknown Review

A Complete Unknown Review.

So, I saw A Complete Unknown over the weekend, and here's my review. I really enjoyed this film. This film was so much fun to watch, and it's an interesting story about music singer Bob Dylan and his life and how he made it. The film has him deal with his relationships, and during the 60s, they were pushing for folk music, and he wanted to do something else. Bob Dylan does come off as unlikeable later over the choices he makes, but from what we see today, Bob Dylan is doing very well. Heads up, some scenes show so much smoking, and I get it because it was the 60s. My late grandma would love this movie. The film's cast, including Timothee Chalamet, Monica Barbaro, Edward Norton, Elle Fanning, Boyd Holbrook, and Dan Fogler, did a good job. The film was directed by James Mangold. I love that guy; his work on Walk the Line was great. I'm surprised he didn't get Joaquin Phoenix to play Johnny Cash again. Overall, I really enjoyed this film and gave it an 8 out of 10. Also, the songs that Bob Dylan sings get stuck in your head, like Times Are Changing, Joan Baez, and Pete Seeger.
