Obi Wan Show: I want to see and don't want to see in the show. Plus my Fan Cast for it.

(Google Image)
What I want to see in the Obi Wan Series and what I don't want.
Plus my fan cast for the series.

Obi Wan is one of my favourite Star Wars characters and to be honest I'm worried that Disney will fuck him up like they did with Han Solo and Luke Skywalker and Leia too. It's likely going to happen because Disney has just ruin the original characters that we have grown and loved over the years. But who knows maybe Disney will get better in time even though it's going to be awhile though. Now Obi Wan if they screw up the character, I'm done with this series because they ruin Han, Luke, and even Leia too. Obi Wan is someone they can't screw up like heck, he was best thing in the prequel films and some consider him to the be the protagonist of that series.

I'm happy to have Ewan back though.
He was the best thing in the prequel trilogy.

Now for the Obi Wan show heres what I want from the show and what I don't want in the show. Also I will do a fan cast first for this series and for record this along with a possible review of Rise of Skywalker if I go see it, will be the last time I talk about Star Wars. On my blog I'm phasing out of the Star Wars topics this will be one of my last Star Wars blogs. It's just a nightmare to have an opinion about this series you know the Star Wars fan base is pretty bad right now, both sides are awful. It's all Disney and Lucasfilm's fault they both should have attack the toxic fans but no they went after everybody who didn't like their films. I just don't like new the films for it's story and characters like my friends do. Plain and simple hate the character, respect the actor.

First here's my fan cast for the Obi Wan Show and heads up I do write some original characters.

Ewan McGregor as Obi Wan Kenobi
I got to say it's great having Ewan back I'm just concern they are going to fuck up Obi Wan in this. It's likely they will but who knows I could be wrong. I would see Obi Wan as a broken man after the Clone Wars he feels lost and he doesn't know what to do. We would see Obi Wan living in exile as well him training in the force by Qui Gon's ghost also he would blame him for the fall of the Jedi. We would also see him keep an eye out for Luke and he would see Luke as son figure in his life because he failed Anakin but makes a vow he won't fail Luke. As well he knows he's being hunt down by the empire and runs into his old lover whom like Anakin did with Padme, named Siri and her former padawan Ferus. I see Obi Wan going up against Darth Maul again and facing off against other threats too that want him dead and Luke. Obi Wan meets a group protecting the surviving Jedi and is given the name Ben to keep his identity a secret from the Empire.

Liam Neeson as Qui Gon Jinn
I see Qui Gon being in the show as a force ghost who trains Obi Wan seeing how Revenge of The Sith ended with Yoda telling Obi Wan he has training for him with his old master.

Sam Witwer as Darth Maul
Darth Maul I see him appearing in the series as the main villain and it's likely we will get a rematch with him and Obi Wan. It is likely he is hunting down Obi Wan and wanting to kill him since their last encounter after Clone Wars if thats cannon or not.

Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse as Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru
Now in this series  Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru will likely play a big role in this series than they did in the movies. I don't know if Joel Edgerton would reprise the role but hey anything can happen if not I suggest Sean Astin to play the role just incase. Owen and Beru are both loving caretakers to Luke and want to keep him safe from the Empire as well Owen doesn't want him to become a Jedi as he blames the Jedi Order for Anakin joining the Dark Side.

Joseph Gatt as Black Krrsantan
A black Wookie Bounty hunter who works for Jabba and joins Darth Maul to hunt down the last of the Jedi. He would be a secondary villain in the film.

Kevin Michael Richardson as Jabba the Hutt

I see Jabba being in the show and in this show he hears about the large bounties on any surviving Jedis, so hires a lot of bounty hunters to hunt the surviving Jedis.

Charlie Shotwell as Luke Skywalker
Since the series is set 8 years after Revenge of the Sith Luke is around 8 years old. I see this show exploring Luke's childhood and we would see Obi Wan watching out for him and keeping him safe from trouble. Luke is rebellious kid and is a great pilot by flying the Skyhopper but his uncle is very strict with him and doesn't want him getting into too much trouble. Qui Gon does tell Obi Wan that Luke has a part to play to bring balance force for he can save Anakin but when he's older and ready for training.

Melanie Laurent as Siri Tachi
Siri is a character from the Star Wars Legends and was a love interest for Obi Wan. I think they should add this character in the series now it is possible they will give Obi Wan a love interest in the series and I think this character would be a good choice for the role. Siri and former padawan barely survived Order 66 and now they both now live on Tatooine were they keep low profile until Siri runs into Obi Wan. Things do get romantic with the two and it will likely end tragedy though. Fun fact Melanie and Ewan stared in a romantic comedy film called Beginners.

Liam Aiken as Ferus Olin
Ferus Olin is a survivor of order 66 and one of the last of Jedi and he's also an expanded universe character too. I think Ferus should be in the show because the show needs to have more Jedi who survive order 66 and in this show we see that Ferus and Anakin were best friends at one point and Ferus and his master Siri survived order 66. Ferus like Obi Wan was shocked and hurt to learn that Anakin had join the Dark Side. Also in the show him and his Master Siri are on Tattooie and they like Obi Wan are being hunted down by Bounty Hunters and the Empire.

Willa Holland as Solace/Fy Tor Ana
Fy Tor Ana was Jedi Master who survived Order 66 from the expanded universe and Last of the Jedi Books. In this version she was a Jedi Knight who was about become a master but Order 66 happen and she survived the massacre at the Jedi Temple. She went into hiding she mourn the loss of the Jedi and she knew she couldn't avenge the Jedi on her own, she would be killed insanity. Fy Tor Ana then fled to Tatooine were she took the name Solace and kept her powers a secret and try to live a quiet life until she was captured by Jabba's men and she is currently one of his personal slaves. She would also be a love interest for Ferus and she would be the character who is a witness the destruction of the Jedi Temple in Revenge of the Sith.

Mike Colter as Toma
Toma is a character from the Expanded universe who is the leader of a small resistance who are against empire. In the show Toma is the leader of a group that are trying to protect the Jedi from the Empire. Growing up Toma deeply admire the Jedi because his cousin was a Jedi, after the fall of the Jedi Order and his cousin's death he forms a resistance that is against the Empire who's goal is protect the surviving Jedi. Tomma even helps Obi Wan change his name to Ben to keep his identity a secret from the Empire.

Stephanie Sigman as Raina Quill
Raina Quill was a doctor and pilot of the Clone Wars after the fall of the Jedi Order, she refuse to believe the lies of the Empire about the Jedi she then join Toma's small resistance to protect the surviving Jedi from the Empire. She's also Toma assistant too.

Frank Dillane as A'Sharad Hett
A'Sharad Hett is a Jedi who survived the order 66 and A'Shard is a Tusken basically one of the sand people. In the Expanded Universe he is also known as Dark Kryat from Legacy. I think this character needs to be in this show because Obi Wan and him fought once. I think they should include this character but maybe in season 2 if they do a season 2 and he could be the next main villain. Also in the show I see him basically being someone who has given up on being a Jedi and is now the leader of Tusken clan and one thing he wants to do is kill Luke Skywalker he knows Anakin is his father. They could also add that Anakin and A'Sharad hated each other because A'Sharad learn about him killing the sand people that killed his mother in cold blood.

Now here are some original characters that I wrote.

Michael Jai White as Captain Dak
Dak is a Captain of the Empire and he sends out the bounties to hunt down the surviving Jedi. Dak is said to be cruel to his enemies, tough leadership, he is very skilled in gun combat and sword combat, and he leads his own squad the called the Knights of the Empire. Dak's main weapon is a darksaber and he has deep hate for the Jedi.

Ashley Jensen as Malely
Malely is human on Tattooie who owns a bar that Obi Wan goes too. Malely is smart, she works hard at her bar, has tough security that can stop a fights from breaking out, and she's friends Owen and Beru. Malely is also part of Toma's group to protect the Jedi.

Leonardo Nam as Poz Tar
Poz Tar is a bounty hunter who is hunting down the Jedi for Jabba. Poz is known for setting traps, as well he takes his bounty's weapon as reward for himself, he's also one of the few bounty hunters that uses a lightsaber as a weapon.

Angela Sarafyan as Lah Ston
Lah Ston is a bounty hunter she said to be very beautiful but deadly, she is an expert sniper. Lah joins forces with Darth Maul to hunt down the surviving Jedi. She also uses the false name Cielog and disguise to join the resistance who are protecting the surviving Jedi. She hates the Jedi because her brother was killed by one and that was Siri which explains her deep hatred for them.

Sam Huntington as Longus Woofac
Longus is a friend of Owen and Beru, he brings the comedy to the show and his two children Jontra and Meleli are friends with Luke their nephew. He works at Malely's bar cleaning up the bar and serving drinks.

Kyla Pratt as Trincel Woofac
Trincel is Longus's wife and mother to his children and friends with Owen and Beru. She's worries about her kids hanging with Luke because he flies the Skyhopper but she does like Luke but she's worried that he might crash or worse her kids try to fly it and crash.

Now heres what I want to see and what I don't want to see in this series.

10. Take inspiration from Logan.
Now we all love Logan and what made it great it's a gritty future where Wolverine is a broken man because the X Men are dead and he's living in exile. For Obi Wan what they need to do learn from their mistakes from Last Jedi when Luke went into exile he did this....
WTF is this.
Look for Obi Wan he needs to be like Wolverine in this series he's broken man, who's lost his brother to the dark side, and he now watches over his son whom he is told to stay away from by Owen. We need to see Obi Wan were he feels lost and he doesn't know what to do, he fail Anakin and he feels anger towards himself and towards his master Qui Gon. Obi Wan still doesn't give up like he looks after Luke in secret and keeps an eye on him as well he changes his name to Ben to keep his true identity a secret. Also I want to see Obi Wan get hunted down by bounty hunters and the empire and you see him become a total bad ass too.

9. Have the series set only on Tatooine.
One of my friends suggested the idea of a Star Wars film set on one planet with no space travel. That would work for the Obi Wan show is its only set on Tatooine and Tatooine only.

8. Bring Back Qui Gon Jinn and let's see the training he had for Obi Wan.
Qui Gon was a character that was killed off in episode one ugh, as much I hate the new films, that one will always make me cringe. Now in the show I want Qui Gon Jinn to play a bigger role in the series as a force ghost and I want there to be a scene with him and Obi Wan talking and Obi Wan blames him for the fall of the Jedi Order, Making Anakin a Jedi, and The rise of the Empire. Obi Wan and Qui Gon need to have a scene like this were Obi Wan blames him and Qui Gon says "I never wanted any of this to happen, had I survived my fight with Darth Maul I would have save Anakin.....He is still the chosen one. His son can save him and bring balance to the force." We also need to see this training that Obi Wan learns from Qui Gon and what it does to make one powerful with the force.

7. Bring Darth Maul back and get him right like they did with Clone Wars and Rebels.
Darth Maul will likely be in the series as the series as a main villain and his goal is to kill Obi Wan. What Clone Wars did when they brought back the character they give him more of a background and he was such a great villain too. Darth Maul needs to be betrayed as this villain who wants to kill Obi Wan he has long hated Obi Wan not because of his legs, in the show I see him working for Jabba because at this point he no longer serves the emperor. I think he would also have second goal besides killing Obi Wan he wants to kill the Emperor and Darth Vader likely because Darth Maul had a brother in Clone Wars so he wants revenge for his brother's death as he was killed by the Emperor. As some of you know he was in Solo at the end they were setting him up to be the villain in the next film but that movie sucked.

6. Learn from Solo's mistakes.
Now Solo was one of the worse Star Wars films and my god it sucked. The main reason it fail was three things one Kathleen Kennedy fired Phil Lord and Chris Miller because she wasn't fan of the story they were writing and how they were filming it, two Han Solo who is one of the best characters get push to the side in favour of new characters that we don't like or care about it, three there was that SJW droid that everyone hated clearly that character was put in after Phil and Chris were fired because you know Kathleen and Lucasfilm they pander to SJWs and not real fans.  For this show they need to learn from this crappy film like make this series mainly about Obi Wan do the character justice, don't push him to the side in favour of new characters, and keep that SJW bullshit out of this series.

5. Please no pandering to SJWs or wokeness or agenda in this series.
(Google Image)
Look I know it's unlikely that Lucasfilm will say yeah we're phasing out of the wokeness or agenda driven. But if Mandalorian is good then maybe there is hope that Disney is more story driven now. I just really want a good series of one of my favourite Star Wars characters and I just don't want any wokeness in this series. That shouldn't be the show main's goal, its real goal to tell us what happen to Obi Wan after Revenge of the Sith and give us something great to remember.

4. If Lucasfilm creates new characters have them in the series for a good reason and not because of your own agenda.
(Google Image)
Look I'm for original characters but please don't create them for the sake of SJWS or for Lucasfilm's own agenda. If they create original characters make sure they are just written well and they serve a purpose in the story. Don't have them push Obi Wan to the side. Obi Wan is the wisest Jedi ever and he shouldn't get overshadowed by new character that nobody cares about because we just want to see Obi Wan get done right. Look what happen to Solo, Han was wasted and push to side for new characters that no one care for at all. Everyone just wanted that film to be about Han and Chewie but Kathleen Kennedy wanted to put her own characters and force agenda thats sad.

3. Show us Luke's childhood growing up on Tatooine as well why Owen and Beru didn't want him to become a Jedi.
(Google Image)
Luke will be in the show no doubt and Obi Wan will be keeping an eye on him to make sure the Empire never finds out about him. In the show we would see Luke's childhood growing up and showing his flying skills in skyhopper as well signs of him using the force. However, Uncle Owen and Beru are both protective of him because they know he's force sensitive and we would have scene were Obi Wan saves him from the Sand People or Jabba's men and Owen thanks Obi Wan but tells him that Luke will never be a Jedi because he fears for Luke as well he blames the Jedi Order for Anakin joining the Dark side. I remember watching videos from Belated Media and Michael made a videos of what if the Prequels were good. I got to tell ya he did a great job and heres the link at the bottom to his channel check out his what if prequels were good. In show Owen would also tell Obi Wan that him and the Jedi Order put a lot of pursuer on Anakin to be this chosen one as well he loved Padme but the Jedi Order forbids Jedis to fall in love and that was another reason he join the dark side. Owen also fears that Luke could also become a Sith like his father and thats another reason why he didn't want Luke to become a Jedi for fear that he would follow in father footsteps.

2. Take Inspiration from the Last of the Jedi Stories from the Expanded Universe
(Google Image)
Now I've said before Disney and Lucasfilm need to look at the Expanded universe for more inspiration because I find the Expanded Universe way better then the new films and no denies the expanded universe was good. I would recommend they look at the book series Last of The Jedi for inspiration for the Obi Wan series.

1. Let the showrunner have full creative control and Kathleen Kennedy as well Lucasfilm stays away.
(Google Image)
Now the upcoming Mandalorian series looks promising but I have doubts like a lot doubts. I'm really hoping Jon Favreau had a lot of free creative control over this series and Kathleen Kennedy didn't force him to put any wokeness or agendas in it. Now what I want to see is a good Star Wars tv series that is story driven and character driven not SJW driven. I've said this like million times I know but honestly Disney needs to pander to its actual fans and not SJWs. I really do want to love Star Wars again, this year will decide will I still love it and hope for more good star wars or am I done with because Disney is just milking the shit out of this franchise. Now for Obi Wan whoever is made Show runner I hope he or she wants to tell a really good story and is given full creative control focus more on the story of Obi Wan in exile and not push any agenda and hopefully Kathleen Kennedy doesn't bother them too much because again look what happen with Solo. I really hope they get a good show runner who won't waste the character or down grade him and make him something he's not like they did with Luke.

(Google Image)
So those are my what I want and don't want in the Obi Wan Series.
As well my Fan Cast for the series too.
I am hoping this series is good but it may not lets just hope Lucasfilm actually
starts making good films that are story driven and character driven.
To quote a friend of mine about the Obi Wan Series "Disney will likely find a way to fuck it up somehow." which likely could happen only time will tell.

Let me know what you think leave a comment and this will be one of my last Star Wars talks on my blog.

The Amazon Rain Forest Needs Help

(Google Image)
The Amazon RainForest Fire

I know on my blog I normally talk about stuff but it is something very important to discuss, the Amazon Rain Forest caught on fire. For sixteen days the fire has destroyed so much of the rain forest, the animals that live there, the plants, and the people as well.
This space of photo of the Amazon Forest now all that smoke everywhere shows how awful the fire is.

(Google Image)
Heres a photo of a city in Brazil and those clouds are from the fire.
That's really bad to see because in that photo it looks like its night but actually
it's in afternoon.

These are photos of the fire and it's truly awful, but what we need to do is spread awareness and help save the Amazon Rainforest.

If we loose the Amazon Rainforest, we loose a part of our selves in someway as well beauty of this forest and it's animals too. The Earth is suffering, the animals are suffering, plant life is suffering, and we are suffering. Speared the awareness lets work together and hopefully we can save the Amazon Rain Forest for we cannot loose this amazing forest.

Let me know what think and please spread the awareness of this please because we all have to do something.
