MCU Wolverine Movie Fan Cast and Crew and Ideas

MCU Wolverine Fan Cast and Ideas.

Now some of you will say, didn't you already make a Wolverine Fan Cast last year? Yes, but I decided to tackle Wolverine again. I will make a few changes to my casting and my ideas for an MCU Wolverine Reboot this time. If you get an MCU X Men reboot, it should be tv form instead of movie form, but Wolverine should get his own film series. He first appears in the Hulk comics. So Wolverine should get his own film series instead because of the X Men TV Series, and also, they need a break from the character like make X Men more about the X Men and maybe give Cyclops, Gambit, Rogue, and others more screen time and make them the stars instead.  Now we're not getting any X-Men films or Fantastic Four films in phase four, but it has been confirmed that they are in development. Fantastic Four will likely happen first before we get X-Men. We probably won't get X Men till either phase 5 or phase 6.
(Google Image)
Now in my last Wolverine Fan Cast, some predictions for the future and phase 4  I got wrong, but some didn't. I'm doing another fan cast for a Wolverine Trilogy movie idea with some changes. I'm keeping the same cast as the last one but adding some new characters and story.

First, here is my cast and crew for a Wolverine film trilogy.

Now for directors, I would go with the Russo Brothers because they have said Wolverine is one of the characters they would love to adapt on screen. I would love to see these guys come back and make another Marvel film. I know they said they are done after Endgame, but I feel we haven't seen the last of these two.
The other choices I would like to see are James Mangold coming back and directing the film, but I think he wouldn't because Logan was a great film, and I don't see him making it unless Hugh Jackman was involved. My other choices are Darren Aronofsky, Jordan Vogt Roberts, Gareth Evans, Antoine Fuqua, and Robert Rodriguez.

I would go with the Russo Brothers, but I would also go with Darren. He was going to make The Wolverine but dropped out for personal reasons. My third would have to be Gareth Evans. I hear the Raid films are excellent. I would be okay with the rest as long as they can tell a good story and give us a great Wolverine.

Now here is my cast for a Wolverine Trilogy, and for the record, it is hard recasting Wolverine because Hugh Jackman is Wolverine-like RDJ and Chris Evans owns that role. Still, Marvel now has the rights back after the Fox buyout, so we're getting a new Wolverine, and if you saw the last cast I did, I cast Scott Eastwood for the role, but now I have more choices for the part. Still, I hope Marvel will call up Hugh and ask him for advice on who the next Wolverine should be.
Here are my top actors to be the next Wolverine.
Scott Eastwood,  Taron Egerton, Kit Harrington, Liam Hemsworth, Zac Efron, and Dacre Montgomery.

First, Scott has a correct look and is a fan favorite for the role, not to mention his father, Clint Eastwood, was the inspiration for Wolverine. Taron Egerton is another fan favorite, and there are rumors that he is considered the next Wolverine. Still, he has turned down the words and says he does want to join the MCU but maybe not as Wolverine-like Moon Knight, Cyclops, Captain Britain, Mr. Fantastic, or maybe Hercules. Kit Harrington is another actor some people want because he is short, and many die-hard fans want a short actor for Wolverine, but I really don't care just as long they are good and not too tall, though. Liam Hemsworth, it would be funny to have Chris's little brother as Wolverine, and there could be a gag about it if the characters met. Zac Efron is an odd choice, but hey, he's turned into a great actor, and I think he could nail the role of Wolverine. If you've seen some fan art, Dacre Montgomery looks like he can pull off a good Wolverine, and he was excellent in Stranger Things. Also, since the Power Rangers franchise is getting a reboot, it might work better for him to play Wolverine.

Now there can be only one, and I have to say I think all of them would be a good Wolverine, and I don't think none of them will ever be as great Jackman was, but I have to choose, and I think Marvel would likely go with an actor in his mid-twenties to mid-thirties for this role. The Next Wolverine I would choose would be.......Scott Eastwood.
(Google Image)
Scott is who I want as the next Wolverine. My second choice is Taron Egerton, though, but I just feel like Scott has a good look, and I know some people say his acting isn't that great, but hey, Dave Bastia, when he got cast Drax, he took lots of acting classes, and now he's a great actor.

I split this into three parts before I do my entire cast for the first MCU Wolverine film. Here are two storylines they could adapt to reintroduce Wolverine; the first is Origin.
(Google Image)
Now in my Wolverine Fan Cast, I suggest they tell his origin, adapt the Origin storyline, and do it right this time, unlike X Men Origins. However, Marvel has announced that there is a WW1 Marvel film in the works. Some people believe it's going to be about Namor or The Invaders or Freedom's Five, while some think it will be about Wolverine or possibly a film in phase 4. I think the WW1 Wolverine movie could be excellent, just as long it's good and makes sense. There is always the option that Marvel can mix the Origin with WW1. We could see his origins and have him already called Wolverine and face off against his brother Dog and fight against the Central Powers. I don't know what Marvel will do with Wolverine or that WWI movie, but it could work. They may likely do something else instead and just skip the origin and do something else.

I would combine Wolverine's origin with a WW1 storyline that Marvel Studios plans to make about whatever character it is. I think Wolverine actually fits perfectly with that storyline. If you read my other Wolverine Fan Cast, I fully adopted the Origin Storyline like the film would open up in modern times. We see Wolverine going to the abandoned Howlett estate, and then we see his life story. We would see him as a kid, him discovering his mutant powers, realizing he killed his own father, going on the run and working in a coal mine, how he got the name Wolverine, him facing off against his brother Dog, and it ending with him killing his first love Rose. He would then go into exile and live with a pack of wolves. I'll send a link to my original Wolverine Fan Cast for everyone after I finish.

Now here is my cast for The MCU Wolverine film and after I'm going my ideas for the first film.

Scott Eastwood as James Logan Howlett/The Wolverine
In this version of the character, he has lost so much from his past that he killed his real father, Thomas Logan after Thomas killed his adoptive father. His mother committed suicide, he ran away with his childhood friend Rose to work at a coal mine, and let's just say it only got worse because he accidentally killed Rose while fighting his half-brother Dog. We see flashbacks of his origins and guilt about killing Rose, his childhood friend and his love in the film. The film also sees him at best at what he does. He's a killing machine, but he has a good heart and morals. Wolverine is also the first mutant. Mutants are not known yet since I don't see how the MCU will introduce mutants, but I'm sure they will think of something. It could be likely that mutants were always in the MCU; they never talked about a lot. Also, Wolverine doesn't wear his iconic costume in the first film, but he will in the next movie because it wouldn't make sense to have a costume yet. In the film, Logan joined the Canadian army during WW1, and later, he joined a special squad called the Invaders, and their goal was to take down Baron Blood and the Central Powers. We also see Wolverine talk about his past with Silverfox, and we would see his origins through flashbacks and dream sequences.

Tanaya Beatty as Silverfox
Silverfox is a member of the First Nation, Blackfoot Confederacy, and would be Wolverine's love interest in the film. She's basically like Peggy Carter to Wolverine, except she doesn't join the fight because she can't join the army in the 1910s. Silverfox is revealed to be a mutant herself, and like Logan, her aging factor is slow like his. Silverfox first meets James when she's being attacked by some people who attempt to rape her, and Wolverine stops them. He helps her back to her tribe and at first, Wolverine doesn't join her tribe until Silverfox finds him again and convinces him to join her tribe. Wolverine agrees and becomes a member of the First Nation, Blackfoot Confederacy. When WW1 starts, Wolverine signs up, but he does it to protect her and her tribe against Dog, who the two previously encountered.

Liam Mcintyre as Dog Logan
Dog is Wolverine's half-brother and would be the film's main villain. His main goal is to hunt down Wolverine and kill him, for he blames him for the death of their father and for destroying the life that he had before James found out the truth about his parentage. He joins forces with Baron Blood to kill Wolverine as we'll help him win the war as long Dog gets to kill Wolverine. Dog is an expert hunter and tracker and carries a shotgun that belongs to his father that he will kill his brother with. Dog even killed Wolverine's puppy when he was a kid out of anger for snitching on him for coming on to Rose. So you know he's going to be a hateful villain, and also he kills a wolf that Wolverine was very close to and even skins the wolf in front of him, so you know he's evil.

Bonnie Wright as Rose O'Hara
Rose O'Hara was James's childhood friend and he loved her more than anything until he accidentally killed her. James has forever been haunted by her death that he caused. Her death made him go into exile with a pack of wolves until he meets SilverFox who helps him with his pain. There are many scenes where we see Wolverine being haunted by Rose's death it be like The Wolverine except it's not Jean Grey. There will be a scene were Wolverine has a choice to be with her and accept death or live to fight another day.

Richard Armtaige as Thomas Logan
Thomas Logan was Wolverine's real father and Dog's father too. He worked as the groundskeeper of the Howlett home. He was killed by James after killing John Howlett not before revealing that he was James's real father. He would be in flashbacks and there would be dream sequences where James is confronted by him. In one dream sequence, Thomas mocks his son pointing out he's a monster like him and proud he's like him.

Jack Davenport as John Howlett
John Howlett was James's adoptive father and an executor of the Howlett Estate. He was very loving and caring father to James even though James wasn't his and he didn't know before he was killed by Thomas.

Jennifer Carptner as Elizabeth Howlett
Elizabeth Howlett was James's mother and wife to John. It was revealed she had an affair with Thomas which resulted in the birth of James after the deaths of both her husband John and Thomas she committed suicide.

Sam Worthington as Colonel Nicolas Fury
Yes, white Nick Fury would be in the film but in this version it's revealed that Nicholas is the grandfather of Nick Fury played by Samuel L Jackson. Nicholas Fury is the leader of WW1 squad called the Invaders and their goal is to take down Baron Blood and the Central Powers. He recruits Wolverine to the team because he knows about his powers and makes member of the Invaders at first Wolverine tells him to go fuck himself, but after they have a fight he joins the team. This version of Nick Fury is combination of Colonel Nick Fury from the comics and his father Jack Fury. Nicolas is also consider to be the best fighter pilot in the Royal Army Corps. Nicolas lost eye in boxing match unlike his grandson who lost his eye to a cat scratch.

JJ Field as Lord James Montgomery Falsworth The First/Union Jack
Yes, the actor who played Union Jack in Captain America First Avenger. This time he would play the father of that character that we saw in First Avenger. Union Jack would be the field leader of The Invaders and although it pains him to kill his brother Baron Blood who fights for the enemy has to do his duty to his country. He feels conflicted because he believes he can save his brother but Logan tells him that he can't save him and tells him of his own brother wants him dead and nothing can change that.

Ryan Phillippe as Orson Randall/Iron Fist
Before Danny Rand there was Orson Randall the Iron Fist of World War 1 who use guns. Orson would be in the film and a member of the Invaders and this film would reintroduce Iron Fist in someway it might even set up an Iron Fist reboot with Danny Rand.

Liam Hemsworth as Jim Hammond/The Original Human Torch
The Original Human Torch made a cameo in First Avenger and I think now that the Fantastic 4 rights are back at Marvel. They can finally use the name and this Human Torch is android and sadly we never saw him in action but in the Wolverine movie we would see the original Human Torch in action. Also yeah Chris Hemsworth little brother as the original Human Torch it could totally work and there should always be a Hemsworth in the MCU lol.

Rosario Dawson as Nia Jones
In this version Nia Jones is Nick Fury's Grandmother and she's Nicolas Fury's secret girlfriend as well his second in command. Also remember Mahershala Ali is playing the new Blade so I guess this means they can just cast a Netflix marvel actor and pretend that the Netflix shows never happen or are non canon. Thats actually sad if you think about because me and my cousin loved Marvel's Daredevil as did many others.

Kiefer Sutherland as Lieutenant Link
Lieutenant Link is Wolverine's Lieutenant in Canadian army who trains Wolverine but is shocked on how fast and strong he is. Link puts his name for Nicolas Fury to join the Invaders as sees so much in him to be a great solider.

Iwan Rheon as John Falsworth/Baron Blood
Baron Blood would be secondary villain of the film and he is the younger brother of James Falsworth aka Union Jack. He became a vampire after he tried to make Dracula weapon against the enemies of England. John now fights for the Central Powers and his given named Baron Blood and The Central Powers most powerful weapon for he is unkillable, until he faces off against Wolverine. After Inhumans Iwan needs a win and playing an evil vampire in a good MCU film seems like a good fit.

 Milo Gibson as Chester Philips
Chester Philips from the First Avenger would make a cameo in the film and in the film he gets saved by Wolverine and The Invaders. In the first Captain America he says "You don't win wars with niceness." I think that quote has more to it like maybe he met Wolverine and he toughed him up and told him don't play nice be tough.

David Caruso as Professor Phineas Horton
Phineas Horton is a brilliant scientist and creator of the Original Human Torch. He creates the Human Torch the help allies against the Central Powers in WW1 instead of WW2.

Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury
Nick Fury would have cameo in the mid credit scene were he reveals he knows about Wolverine and him some of scientists are bringing back the original Torch and reforming the Invaders. Also funny scene in the mid credit would be were Maria Hill sees a photo of the Invaders and she's shocked to know Nick's grandpa was white. Nick looks at her and says "Yeah, but it doesn't matter he's the reason I became a solider."

Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill
Maria would make cameo in the mid credits and she's shock for two things one the Original Human Torch is alive again and shocked to know Nick's grandpa was white.

So thats my fan cast for my MCU Wolverine Reboot and here are my ideas for the film

10. Make it rated R.
(Google Image)
Now as we know Bob Iger has confirmed Deadpool films will stay rated R but in team up movies they will be PG 13. Like Deadpool, Wolverine needs to be rated R we all saw Logan and we all know what an amazing film that was. Marvel Studios needs to make rated R films for certain characters like Wolverine, Punisher, Ghost Rider, and Moon Knight. The film will have blood and gore, nudity, and swearing we all want to hear Wolverine say "Go Fuck Yourself." Wolverine is the type of character that needs to be rated R and hey when the character joins the X Men or Avengers they make him kid friendly.

9. Give it a good title like call the first film is called The Savage Wolverine
It would be pretty cool title based on the Savage Wolverine comics and thats what I call the film because Wolverine is living with a pack of wolves in the beginning of the film and he's hunting with them, eating with them, and learns from these wolves. The Savage Wolverine has a nice ring to it.

8. Interduce the Invaders in this film.
Now the Invaders are team from the old comics and current its team roaster was Captain America, Bucky, Namor, The Human Torch (Jim Hammond) and Toro. Now we didn't get that team in the first Captain America film but we did have a Human Torch cameo and originally Joe Johnson the director of the first film wanted Namor in the film but they couldn't do to the film rights because Universal owns the rights to the character. Now Namor is set to appear in the next Black Panther film and in the comics Namor is likely still a baby or a toddler during World War one. Now this version of the Invaders would still have the original Human Torch except he fighting during WW1 and I think they should get that question why wasn't he used after WW1. Also Union Jack is a member of the Invaders would be in the film he fills in the Captain America role as the leader of the team. Orson Randalls wasn't a member of the Invaders he was actually a member of the Freedom's Five. In this version he is a member of the Invaders instead Freedom's Five. I know there is the possibility that The Invaders may actually get a film if thats the World War 1 film the MCU is planning thats fine. So yeah The Original Human Torch is only original member from the comics in the movie, with Wolverine replacing Namor, Union Jack replacing Captain America, and Iron Fist going from Freedom's Five to one of the founders of The Invaders.

7. Give us a proper Wolverine Origin story.
Now we all know we didn't get a good Wolverine Origin story in X Men Origins I feel like Marvel needs to give us proper and better origin story.  The first film should really be about his origin on how he got the name Wolverine, him living with a pack wolves, how he met Silverfox, and also dealing with his guilt over killing Rose O'Hara. Like we need to see just how tragic this beloved character's past is like I mean he's been through so much hell and the guilt he feels for causing so much pain. Now I think in the end of the film Wolverine would say something like this officially moving forward from his guilt and regret.
"It's not just to remember your life but your death, too. It's to remind me that's where I started. If I keep that in mind, that I did that, that I'll always regret it, maybe I can put some new values together, go forward. stead of running away from the guilt of it."
This would show despite being a major bad ass who we all love his life is a tragedy but he keeps going forward like we all should.

6. Have Wolverine remember his past and the next film looses his memories of his past.
Now we all know Wolverine knows nothing of his past but in the first film he remembers his past life. He talks about with Silverfox he doesn't loose memories till the second movie because the second movie would be Weapon X set in the 60s. Wolverine will have dream sequences where he talks with Thomas Logan his actual father and like The Wolverine Movie in 2013 he has dreams being with Rose and it always ends with her dead and asking him why. Now of course in the third film when he meets The X Men and Professor X. Professor X along with Scarlet Witch helps him remember who he is and remembers his memories of his past life before loosing his memories.

5. Make the films period piece films like first films 1910s with WW1, second film 1960s Civil Rights movement and The Vietnam War, and the third film set in 2020s after Thanos's Snap.
(Google Image)
Now Wolverine has been around for years in the Marvel universe he was born around the late 1800s so what these films should also be are period piece films. Remember in X Men Origins we saw Wolverine and Sabertooth through out history from the Civil War to Vietnam war. These films would focus more on that like the first film film is set in the 1910s with scenes from the 1890s. Like the First Avenger we see the world in the 40s and WW2. In the first film we would see the world in 1910s and the out break WW1 as well maybe there can mention of some MCU great grandparents.

4. Don't have him in his iconic costume till the next film.
(Google Image)
Now we all want that costume on the big screen but it wouldn't fit for this movie because I think he should get the costume the next film. Reasons are because it would make sense for either Weapon X or SHIELD makes him the iconic costume. This concept art was done Rafe Grassetti the concept artist of God of War brilliant design and full credit to him.

3. Make it action thriller war film look at world war movies like Paths of Glory and Lawrence of Arabia for inspiration and Captain America The First Avenger and Wonder Woman. As well the Revenant and The Grey too, for those about surviving in the wild.

Now if this is a WW1 and Living in the Wild film Marvel should look at these five films for inspiration, now I know Captain America The First Avenger was set in WW2 but it's still good period piece movie. A Wolverine film set in WW1 would likely be rated R unless Marvel doesn't do that but with characters like Wolverine and Deadpool you need it to be rated R. As well look at the Revenant and The Grey as well for the inspirations on Wolverine's life in the wild and how he survived with a pack of wolves.

2. Show us how tragic Wolverine's life is.
(Google Image)
Now Wolverine is a fan favourite, we all love this character to a passion but he's actually the most tragic character in comic books. His life is more tragic and heartbreaking than Batman's life is. This one thing the films should do is Wolverine may kill the bad guy but he looses something important in his life or he does something horrible that he can fix. This should be the Marvel films were the hero either ends up not getting his happy ending or he successes but it came at great cost. We have to remember Wolverine is an Anti Hero despite being an X Man and Avenger he has killed people and people who get to close either up dead or worse. Now you could say thats wrong that hasn't happen any of the X men or Avengers but thats different because they have powers and stuff. Also I would see in the film how his past always hurts him and he wants to forget about it but it's hard because it always haunts him. I think we can all relate to this we all have a cringe past or we've said bad things we can't take back or made bad decisions in our lives. That's what one of themes of the film is the past can hurt but we should learn from it. Now Fox did gets this right about the character he kills people and he gets his love ones killed too.

1. Set up Weapon X and Give us a Wolverine VS Deadpool Movie.
(Google Image)
Now these two things I everyone want to see the second one mostly. We need a Wolverine VS. Deadpool Movie because Ryan Reynolds wants to do one but sadly Hugh Jackman won't be Wolverine though but hey there be joke that Deadpool is disappointed that's its not Hugh Jackman, but at least it's son of the man inspirited Wolverine. Also I think the second film should be adaption of Weapon X because the Weapon X Story wasn't done right when Fox made X Men Origins like Team X was wasted and you all know the rest. I will make a second Wolverine Movie Fan Cast and Crew to explain more about what they should do for the second film.

(Google Image)
So thats my cast and ideas for a Wolverine MCU Film, I don't know when Wolverine will be brought back most likely not till Phase 5 or 6 but I just they do a good job with the character. Hope for a rated R Wolverine series this time like when they do an X Men film in the future they should make the character PG 13 but in the character owns movies its rated R.
