The Terrifics Movie Fan Cast.

The Terrifics is DC's Fantastic Four, and here is a fan cast for these characters.

Rumor has it James Gunn wants to make a Terrific movie. So here is my fan cast for The Terrifics.

LaKeith Stanfield as Mister Terrific

Michael Holt, aka Mister Terrific, is the leader of the Terrifics and one of the smartest men in the DC universe. No doubt, he is the Mister Fantastic of this team. I think the film will have him put together a small team to explore maybe the multiverse. Mister Terrific's powers are he can be invisible to technology and wants to discover more realities, but also it's because he misses his wife. His wife Paula died in a car crash. Michael felt lost without her, and she was going to tell him they were having a boy, but before she died, she told him to keep doing what he was doing, educating the world. Michal then became Mister Terrific and not only to teach but protect the innocent.  

Lyrica Okano as Phantom Girl 

Phantom Girl is an alien from the planet Bgzt. She can't physically touch things well. She can fly and fly through anything. However, if she touches anything, one of her new powers will explode. I think Phantom Girl's role is she wants to find a new home since she lost her parents in a space storm. I think the team will meet her in reality, and she will join the Terrifics and find a new family with them. 

Garrett Hedlund as Metamorpho 

Metamorpho was once a human named Rex Mason, a soldier planning to marry his girlfriend until he found a meteor that transformed into Metamorpho, aka Elemental Man. He can turn his body into weapons and other elements like gas, liquid, solid, and metallic. His powers are confusing, to be honest. However, his origin is pretty sad. He was due to be married to a woman named Sapphire Stagg, but since then, he's been trying to find a cure for himself, and in the film, I can see Mister Terrific promising to help cure Rex. Rex's future father, Simon Stagg, also hates him and wants him away from his daughter. 

Ben Schwartz as Plastic Man

I can see Plastic Man as the team's funny guy, and he can stretch his entire body. Patrick O'Brian is also a detective, and he has a son he doesn't get along with because he was not there for most of his childhood. However, it was because Patrick didn't want the risk of his enemies going after his son Luke and his ex-wife Angela. Patrick still wants to make amends with his son and be the father he should have been.  

That's my cast for The Terrifics, and here are my quick ideas. 

3. They are DC's answer to a Fantastic 4.

The Terrifics are basically the Fantastic 4, and I think they will be the DCU's answer to a Fantastic 4. You have Mr. Terrific as the Reed Richards, You have Phantom Girl as the Sue Storn, you have Metamorpho as the Ben Grimm, and you got Patrick O'Brian as the Johnny Storm. 

2. The film is about family and how these four have lost family members.

I think the film's central theme is family because Mr. Terrific lost his pregnant wife, Phantom Girl lost her parents in a space storm, Metamorpho couldn't be with his girlfriend whom he loves very much, and also his father-in-law hates him, and Plastic Man wasn't there for his son and his ex-wife. These four have lost people they loved, but they form a team, become a family, and help each other find their families and reconnect with them. That one theme in this film is family is never forgotten. 

1. The film explores the Multiverse, so this film could set up a major event. 

The Terrifcis team explores the multiverse, and I can see the characters traveling to different piles of earth and helping other realities. I can see them going to The Batman Universe and many more. It would be a fun movie to watch. One thing I would do is Mr. Terrific wants to find a universe where his wife is still alive because he misses her very much.
