Caught Stealing Review
So, I saw Caught Stealing, and here's my review of it...I liked this film. I had a good time with this movie, like it was a dark comedy, thriller film. The movie was directed by Darren Aronofsky, the director of The Wrestler and Black Swan.
This film is about a guy named Hank, who was a former baseball star turned bartender, who lives in New York and has a girlfriend named Yvonne, but when he has to take care of his neighbor Russ's cat, he learns that Russ is in the mob business, so he gets caught up in the drama and loses a kidney.
This film had a lot of twists and turns, like there were scenes that took me by surprise, and there were moments where I was like I didn't see that coming. There's a lot of violence in this film, and you do feel bad for Hank, but he does make stupid choices. Also, the villains in the film are very hateable, like this one russian guy who's so creepy.
