My thoughts on the Link and Zelda casting

 

My Thoughts on the Link and Zelda casting for the Zelda Movie.

Today, we just got the news that they have officially cast Link and Zelda in the upcoming Zelda Movie. I like the idea they went with unknowns for Link and Zelda. That works better for these characters.  Now, here are my thoughts on this casting. First is Link..

Benjamin Evan Aisworth will play Link in the film, and he's got the right eyes for it. He's been in some movies; he was Pinnicho in that god-awful Disney Remake. Still, he will do a good job as Link. It's likely Link will talk in the movie. 

Now, Zelda will be played by Bo Bragason. She's done some movie roles in the past, and I think she looks the part, and I hope she does a good job as Princess Zelda. I also hope the characters are well-written in this film. 

 

Now, the one thing I don't like about these casting choices is the ages, because Bo is 20 years old and Benjamin is 16. That's my only problem, the age gap between the two characters. They should have cast actors who were close in age for Link and Zelda, but by 2027, Benjamin will be 19, so if Link and Zelda have a love story in the film, it won't seem out of place. Still, I'm not sure if they will have a love story between Link and Zelda. Maybe not. I would be surprised if they made Malon or Lilia Link's love interest. Cause again we don't know if they are adapting or writing an original film. That's my thought on the casting of Link and Zelda, and now we wait to see if you will play Ganondorf.
