Death at a Funeral Review

Death at a Funeral
So I saw Death at a Funeral yesterday and here's my review of it. It's a funny British film, and I know there's an American remake of it, which I saw, which was good, but the British one was better. This film was funny, and it's about a funeral too, which is rare to make a funeral funny. The film is about Daniel, a guy preparing for his father's funeral, who plans to sell his apartment with his wife and start a family. He also has a brother, Robert, a successful author, who doesn't want to pay half of the funeral costs.
However, things don't go according to plan, as they send the wrong casket with a different person inside, one of the cousins, Martha. Her boyfriend, Simon, is on acid because she thought it was okay to give her husband a pill from her brother's place. After all, he was making acid pills. Daniel finds out his father had a secret boyfriend, played by Peter Dinklage, who wants fifteen thousand dollars or he's going to show some photos of them doing kinky stuff. The film is hilarious, and the ending is both hilarious and emotional, especially during this crazy funeral. Daniel loves his dad and talks about what a great guy he was and how much they all loved him.
This was a funny British film and I highly recommend it. I give this movie a 7 out of 10.
